Test Competence

Your use of the website at www.testcompetence.com (‘Site’) is governed by these Terms (‘Terms’) of use, and by using testcompetence.com you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You may print and keep a copy of these Terms, which are a legal agreement between you and us and can only be modified with the prior written consent of 21CN Radosław Smilgin (‘21CN’). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use testcompetence.com website.

Use of the Site

testcompetence.com does not guarantee an interrupted access to the Site and its Content. However, testcompetence.com will make every effort to preserve continuity of the Site.

During an exam session the time cannot be paused. Any actions aimed to change the session time are forbidden. Unintentional turn-off of the web browser, or logging out pauses the counter for only 10 minutes. After this time the counter continues to work.

Technical Requirements

Technical requirements necessary for a user to access the Site are as follows:

• personal computer with access the to Internet,
• web browser which allows displaying HTML files, accepts cookies and JavaScript components.

Security, Passwords and Means of Accessing the Site and Content

You agree not to access or use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any accounts, computer systems or networks. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site, computer systems or networks. You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, computer systems or networks. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site, computer systems or networks without 21CN's expressly written permission.

You agree not to share your password(s), account information, or access to the testcompetence.com website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password(s) and account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s) or account(s) or as a result of your access to the Site. You agree to notify 21CN immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s) or account(s).

Backup

testcompetence.com will make every effort to protect and backup data of registered users. At the same time testcompetence.com does not guarantee a complete accuracy in the backup process, and therefore users are responsible for independent backup of data held on the Site.

Payments

Services at testcompetence.com are payable.

Settlements by credit card and e-transfer are carried out through PayPal.

21CN reserves the right to make changes in prices of services offered at testcompetence.com. In such a case, 21CN will inform you about the changes in advance. In a case you do not accept new payment conditions, you are allowed to cease using the Site after seven days from the date you inform 21CN about your resignation.

Termination of Use

21CN may at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the Site, any areas of the Site or Content provided on or through the Site. You agree that 21CN may at any time, terminate or limit your access to or use of the Site or any Content. 21CN will terminate or limit your access to or use of the Site if, under appropriate circumstances, you are determined to be a repeat infringer of third party copyright rights. You agree that 21CN shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or limitation of your access to or use of the Site or any Content.

Complaint Process

In order to lodge a complaint, please contact us at info@testcompetence.com. Your complaint will be considered within seven days and responded to accordingly. Every complaint should contain a name, address, e-mail address, subject and the reason for complaint.
