1. Competence tests supporting recruitment process

TestCompetence verifies candidates' knowledge before they appear on an exact job interview. How does it work?

• Step 1. You buy a ready exam in our shop.
• Step 2. You pass on the purchased exam to a candidate.
• Step 3. After the exam has been completed, you check results in the control panel.

To assure yourself that the exam is taken by the right person, you can either organise it at your office, or provide it online.

2. Support for employee learning process

TestCompetence supports employee learning process.
Would you like your employees to be better prepared for a specific exam? Are you interested in how well they have exploited the knowledge from a training?
Every training program can be supplemented with an online exam.

3. Tests on request

There is no such an exam at TestCompetence you wish to carry out? This is not a problem.
- We will add one to our base for free, if you agree to make it public.
- For 13 EUR we will publish every new question, if you want the exam to be available exclusively to you.
